Do you print or only deliver digitals?

I do print! I actually love to print photos for you, because often times people do not print their digitals. I also love to see the finish products in my hands and your expressions when I hand then over!! However, this is an option that I leave for you. Limited digitals are part of my packages (you can purchase more), but if you would like for me to print for you we can absolutely do that!!

Do you have a second shooter?
If you need two of us, I have several talented photographers who can jump in to assist for an extra fee.
How long until I get to see my photos?
Within the first 24-48 hours you will see a small preview of your session.
 
Mini sessions within 2 weeks.
Full sessions within 4 weeks.
Wedding sessions within 6 weeks.
 
I do estimate heavy on my time.  Most often times you will see them sooner!! 
What if rains?
We evaluate our options. I charge no fee for a weather reschedule! It happens. Sometimes we get AMAZING photos during and after a storm. Sometimes we bump them to another weekend. I do have an indoor studio, but that really limits sessions and that beautiful natural light of the outdoors, but it is a backup option for sure!
What if I have to cancel?
Life happens! I completely understand! I do require a non refundable 25% deposit upon booking. When I book with my clients, I am reserving time for you and your families being away from my family and also not accepting other work! Mutual respect for time, when you book me you get my undivided attention. If you need to cancel I am super supportive, but the deposit is non refundable. If you choose to rebook within 4 weeks, I will waive that and carry to another session, but that’s only allowed once.
What happens if there is an emergency & you cannot provide your services?
Well, let’s hope that never happens! However, if it does I will be sure to communicate thoroughly with you and supply a backup option or a reschedule. If a reschedule is caused by me, I will add extra digital images to your session to off set any inconvenience!!
What is we go over on time because my kids are not cooperating?
This is my most asked question!! Rest assured mama’s & daddy’s, we get the photos! I have set times for sessions, but I always allow children the freedom to get comfortable!! Sometimes we play, sometimes we take a walk, sometimes we just let them take a minute. Strangers are scary and the first time I meet you, I am a stranger to them! They should be apprehensive. I don’t force that relationship, if we go over on time that’s ok… it’s most important that they are happy first!
